NAMING Fluffy Baked Highlighter is a 3.8g baked powder highlighter with a sheer, pearlescent finish. Its lightweight texture is designed to apply smoothly and create a clear, luminous look. The 3-color range includes Popper, Phil, and Freness.
How to Use
Apply a moderate amount with a brush to areas where you want to add dimension, such as the facial contours, inner corners of the eyes, under-eye area, nose, and lip contour. The product may also be used on the eyes and cheeks. For stronger color payoff and longer wear, apply with a brush lightly sprayed with setting fixer.
