Parnell Cicamanu Matte Spondation is a 9g semi-matte powder foundation designed to provide full coverage with the lightweight feel of a powder. The formula features Cicamanu™ Biome, ceramide, Manuka-related ingredients, and Centella Asiatica, with a natural matte finish intended for daily wear and touch-ups.
How to Use
Press the puff gently into the powder and tap off excess. Apply with light, sweeping motions across the face, starting from the center and blending outward. Build coverage where needed, and blend along the hairline and jaw for an even finish. Reapply to the T-zone or as needed.
