FORENCOS Tattoo Chiffon Tint is a 4g watery lip tint that glides on smoothly, leaving a lightweight, bare-lip sensation with a soft chiffon-like wash of color. It is described as having 40% hydrating agents and a kiss-proof pigment that stains the lips for lasting wear.
How to Use
Take an appropriate amount with the applicator and apply gently to the lips, working from the inside of the lips toward the outside.
