APLB Retinol Vitamin C Vitamin E Facial Toner is a 160 ml facial toner formulated with RETINOL VITA CEN™, featuring retinol, vitamin C, vitamin E and Centella Asiatica Extract. The formula is described as providing moisture and supporting a refreshed, hydrated-looking complexion.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face along the skin’s texture. Pat gently to help absorption. The toner may also be applied directly to the face and gently patted in.
