Isntree Onion Newpair Clear Pad is a toner pad containing onion bulb extract and Sodium Heparin+3 Complex. The 250ml tub contains 60 pads soaked in essence formulated with niacinamide, three types of hyaluronic acid, beta-glucan, tranexamic acid, and a vitamin C derivative. The pads can be used as a toner step or placed on areas that need soothing like a mini mask.
How to Use
After cleansing, gently wipe the skin with one pad and pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed. Alternatively, place the pad on an area that needs soothing and use it like a mask. Close the cap after use to help prevent the pads from drying out.
