Cell Fusion C Low pH pHarrier Toner is a 300ml hydrating toner formulated with a low-pH approach, gluconolactone (PHA), and four forms of hyaluronic acid. It helps replenish moisture, gently care for the skin’s surface, and leave skin feeling soft, smooth, refreshed, and comfortable after cleansing.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply an adequate amount to the face along the skin texture using your hands or a cotton pad. Pat lightly to help absorption. The toner may be layered several times or used as a skin pack.
