TONYMOLY Wonder Rice Smoothing Toner is a 500ml daily toner for all skin types. It can be used after cleansing as a wipe-off toner, layered several times for added moisture, or applied as a toner pack. The formula contains rice ferment filtrate, sugarcane extract, grape extract, and apple extract.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe along the skin’s texture. Pat lightly to help absorption. For layered hydration, apply the toner with clean hands and repeat as needed. For a toner pack, saturate cotton pads, apply them to dry areas, leave for 10 minutes, remove, and pat in the remaining toner.
