MERZY Good Berry Lip & Eye Remover is a 210ml dual-layer point makeup remover formulated with oil and water layers. It is designed to remove waterproof lip and eye makeup while helping provide moisture after cleansing.
How to Use
Shake well before use to mix the oil and water layers. Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and gently wipe the eye and lip areas.
