Group 1 Destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong SAR.

Group 2 Destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Greece, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Denmark, Sweden, and Malta.

Orders are dispatched internationally from South Korea through our fulfillment and logistics partners.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Group 1 Transit Time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Group 2 Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Group 1 Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days.
Group 2 Total Estimated Delivery: 8–17 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated according to package weight and destination. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Customs & Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges.

Unless these charges are expressly shown as prepaid or included in the order, applicable import charges are payable by the recipient. SEOUVARA does not guarantee duty-free entry based on order value.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return window from the confirmed delivery date.

For standard change-of-mind returns, eligible beauty products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition with protective seals intact, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Restocking Fee: $0.00.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SEOUVARA covers the applicable return shipping costs and provides an appropriate resolution.

Please do not send returned products to our registered business address or South Korean fulfillment coordination address without prior instructions.
