innisfree Powerproof Brush Liner is a liquid brush eyeliner with a water-resistant formula designed to resist water, sweat, and sebum. The flexible brush tip helps create precise lines, from fine definition to a more defined look. Available in Black and Brown.
How to Use
Shake 3–4 times before use if the ink does not flow. Hold the eyeliner like a pen, gently lift the eyelid with the fingers of the other hand, and draw along the lash line. After use, wipe the brush tip with a tissue if needed, replace the cap, and press until it clicks. Store horizontally to help maintain ink flow.
