Torriden BALANCEFUL Peeling Toner is a 250 ml gentle exfoliating toner formulated with 5D CICA Complex and exfoliating ingredients. It helps remove dead skin cells, visibly refine uneven texture, and support a smoother-looking complexion while providing hydration and calming care.
How to Use
After cleansing, dispense the toner onto a cotton pad or into your hands. Apply gently to the skin and lightly pat until absorbed. For rough or textured areas, place a toner-soaked cotton pad on the skin for approximately 30 seconds, then gently wipe away.
