SEOUVARA fulfills international orders from South Korea through its fulfillment and logistics partners.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
Order Processing Time: Normally 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable South Korean public holidays.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Depending on the destination and shipment requirements, available shipping services may include Standard, Economy, and Express Shipping.
Some international shipping services, particularly Standard and Economy services to certain European destinations, are temporarily restricted.
Shipping availability, transit estimates, and charges depend on the destination, delivery address, shipment weight, selected service, and carrier availability.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

SEOUVARA offers a 30-day return window beginning on the date of delivery for eligible products.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, eligible products generally must remain unused, unopened where required for hygiene reasons, and in their original condition.
Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs of eligible change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, SEOUVARA will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping costs where required under our policy or applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method in accordance with our published refund procedures and applicable statutory deadlines.

Customers wishing to modify or cancel an order should contact SEOUVARA as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation or delivery-address modification may not be operationally possible.
If an order cannot be stopped, the applicable return procedure may remain available after delivery.
