BRTC Hydra Daily Toner is a 120ml water-gel toner formulated with 10 types of hyaluronic acid. It also contains panthenol, ceramide NP and Centella Asiatica Extract. The toner is designed to provide hydration and help prepare the skin after cleansing.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to the entire face. Gently pat the skin to help absorption.
