How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to the palms and gently pat onto the skin until absorbed. Alternatively, apply the toner to a cotton pad and gently wipe along the skin texture. For additional moisture, saturate a cotton pad with the toner and use it as a skin pack.
